Name of Post: Financial Controller
No. of Post: 01
Job Qualification: Passed the examination of Chartered Accountant of I.C.A.I.
Experience: Minimum 20 years (Post Qualification) in a reputed company registered under the Indian Companies Act, 1956; out of which minimum 8 years experience should be as Head of Finance Department.
Jobs pay band: Rs.37, 400-67,000/- + GP 8900/- Gross emolument of minimum pay scale are Rs. 81,325/-, P.F. Gratuity, Leave, Medical Benefits, Vehicle Facility and other allowances are extra as per rules of this Corporation.
Age Limit: 50 years.
Name of Post: Company Secretary

Job Qualification: Passed the examination of Chartered Secretary of I.C.C.S.A.
Experience : Minimum 15 years (Post Qualification) in a reputed company registered under the Indian Companies Act, 1956; out of which minimum 7 years experience should be as Company Secretary.
Jobs Pay Band: Rs.15, 600-39,100/- + GP 7,600/- Gross emolument of minimum pay scale are Rs. 40,900/-, P.F. Gratuity, Leave, Medical Benefits, Vehicle Facility and other allowances are extra as per rules of this Corporation.
Jobs Age Limit: 45 years.
Other Conditions
1. Upper age limit is relaxable for 5 years for OBC candidates for both the Posts. Completed age will be as on 31s January 2011.
2. Government Policy will be applied for Physically Handicapped Candidates.
3. All Position will be in Mumbai. Candidates are however liable to be transferred anywhere in Maharashtra.
4. Candidate s should be able to read, write and understand Marathi.
5. Computer application skills are mandatory.
6. In case of experience in similar organization as MSRDC then experience criteria may be relaxed in that only at the discretion of Board.
7. MSRDC reserves the right to amend or change above-mentioned conditions and also to shortlist the application for calling the candidates for interview. No enquiries/correspondence will be entertained in this regard. Decision of appointing shall be final and binding for all purposes.
