Applications in the prescribed format are invited from eligible candidates for filling up the following non-teaching positions in Central University of Kerala
Controller of Examinations(term of 5 years): 1 Post
Qualification:
A Master’s degree with at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade of B in the UGC seven point scale.
At least 15 years of experience as Asst. Professor in the AGP of Rs.7000 and above or with 8 years of service in the AGP of Rs.8000 and above including as Associate Professor along with experience in Educational Administration. OR
Comparable experience in research establishments and other institutions of higher education. OR
15 years of administrative experience of which 8 years as Deputy Registrar or an equivalent post.
Pay: Rs.37400-67000 + GP Rs. 10000
Deputy Registrar: 2 Posts
Qualification:
A Master’s degree with at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade of B in the UGC seven point scale.
9 years of experience as Assistant Professor in the AGP of Rs.6000 and above with experience in educational administration, or
Comparable experience in research establishments and/or other institutions of higher education, or
5 years of administrative experience as Assistant Registrar or in an equivalent post in a university/educational or research institution.
Adequate experience in computer applications
Pay: Rs.15600-39100 + GP Rs. 7600
Assistant Registrar: 1 Post
Qualification:
Good academic record plus Master’s Degree with at least 55% of marks or its equivalent grade of B in the UGC seven‐point scale.
Five years experience in Administration/Accounts as Section Officer or in an equivalent post in a Government Department/University/Educational or Research Institution
Adequate knowledge in computer applications
Pay: Rs.15600-39100 + GP Rs. 5400
Deputy Librarian: 1 Post
Qualification:
Master’s degree in Library Science/Information Science/Documentation Science with at least 55% of the marks or its equivalent grade of 55%, where grading system is practiced.
A Ph.D degree in the above discipline or allied discipline with a consistently good academic record.
A minimum of 10 years of teaching/Library experience with at least 5 years as an Assistant Librarian/College Librarian
Evidence of innovative library services, organization and computerization of library.
Evidence of published work with a minimum of 5 publications in indexed/ISBN/ ISSN Journals and/or ISBN/ISSN numbered books and University developed ISBN/ISSN numbered list of journals hosted on the website of the concerned University.
A minimum score as stipulated in the Academic Performance Indicator(API) based Performance Based Appraisal System (PBAS) developed by UGC in these Regulations.
Pay: Rs.15600-39100 + GP Rs. 8000
Assistant Librarian: 1 Post
Qualification:
Master’s degree in Library Science/Information Science/Documentation Science or an equivalent professional degree with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade of 55%, where grading system is practised and a consistently good academic record with knowledge on computerization of library.
Qualifying in the National Eligibility Test (NET) or other accredited test like SLET/SET in Library Science conducted for the purpose by the UGC or any other Agency approved by the UGC.
Holders of Ph.D degree as on the date of Notifications of these Regulations, along with those candidates who are awarded a Ph.D degree through a process of admission, registration, course work and external evaluation as laid down in the UGC (Minimum Standards and Procedure for award of M.Phil/Ph.D degree), Regulations, 2009 and so adopted by the University shall be exempted from NET/SLET/SET.

System Analyst: 1 Post
Qualification:
I Class M.Tech/M.E or equivalent (Computers/IT/Electronics/Instrumentation)/with 2 years experience in relevant field/I Class MCA/B.Tech/BE or equivalent(Computers/IT/Electronics/ Instrumentation) with four years experience in the field OR
M.Sc(Comp or IT) with five years experience in the field
